Jobsite Records Privacy Policy

Jobsite Records is designed to create job photo reports locally on the user's device. It does not require an account.

Data Collection

The developer does not collect, transmit, sell, or share job details, client information, photos, notes, report templates, handwritten signatures, generated PDFs, usage data, identifiers, diagnostics, or precise location data.

Report Signatures

A handwritten report signature, signer name, signer role, and signing time are stored locally with the report and included in its exported PDF. The developer does not receive this information.

Photos And Location

Photos taken or selected in Jobsite Records are processed on the device. When the user takes a site photo and grants location permission, Jobsite Records may convert the current position into nearby street or city text. That text may be stored with the photo and printed in the PDF. Raw latitude and longitude are not printed in reports or sent to the developer.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase and subscription information under Apple's privacy policy. Jobsite Records receives only the entitlement status needed to unlock Pro features.

Storage And Deletion

Reports, photos, notes, templates, and business profile information remain on the device. Deleting a job removes its locally stored data from Jobsite Records. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Files shared or saved to another app remain under the user's control in that destination.

Advertising And Analytics

Jobsite Records does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, or developer-operated cloud storage.

Changes

If Jobsite Records' data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the relevant version is released.
