Tap New Job Report or choose a work template.

Common Questions

Why does a photo say location was not recorded?

Allow location access while using Jobsite Records, keep Location Services on, and wait briefly before taking the photo. Indoor or weak-signal locations may return only a city or no place name. The capture time is still recorded.

Where are reports and photos stored?

Job details, photos, notes, templates, and generated PDFs are processed and stored locally on your device. Jobsite Records does not upload them to a developer-controlled server.

Does the signature leave my iPhone?

No. The handwritten signature, signer name, role, and signing time stay with the local report and are drawn into its exported PDF. This is a report acknowledgement, not a certified digital signature.

How do I restore Pro access?

Open Me, choose View Pro Options, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
